The K4000 fits 1 1/2″ port size RCA/CA 40 valves and comes with a circular diaphragm, nylon seat, small circular diaphragm and (2) stainless steel springs.
When you buy from us, you get a product that is warranted against any defects and damages. We ensure that your replacement valve works well; if not, we will replace it. We ship your products on the same day you order thus ensuring that your product reaches you on time. We supply repair kits that will fit most dust collector valve manufacturers’ valves.
These alternative repair kits are In STOCK and can ship the same day before 4:00 PM PST. Our valve repair kits have a warranty against failure and defects, so you can ensure that your kits will work well or we will replace them. Baghouse America prices our repair kits to include free priority shipping using USPS flat rate boxes. Although we do provide all types of shipping services, This shipping will enable you to receive your kits in 2-3 days on our expense on orders $100 or more rather than via UPS ground or other shipping services that get there in 3-7 days.
Overnight shipping is not included in our prices, but the service can be provided at a small extra expense for flat rate shipping USPS express boxes.
Our high-temperature kits are made of Viton, and you can special order silicone for kits needing to reach temperatures above 500 F. The corrosive resistant kits are made of buna material and seat well during fly ash and other corrosive applications. The normal kits come in nylon and seat softer for a longer-lasting cycle life during cleaning.
Our repair kits are made to replace the Pentair® Goyen® RCA/FS/T/MM/DD/CA/3D2/Millenium Valves.
